While Lucinda Jewellers takes extreme care and precaution to ensure that your jewellery is eternal and ever lasting, there may be times when you may not be satisfied and you have every right to be. However if you are not completely satisfied, simply return/exchange your item within 30 days, in its original/unaltered condition, for the refund excluding shipping & handling charges.

for a Return Authorization Code (RAC) which needs to be written on the package while returning it.
Please pack securely all the items received including any certificates; if the certificate is missing a fee of CAD $ 75 will be charged. Please be sure never to write any words like diamonds, jewellery while returning a product as it will surely invite fraudulent activities. Just write LUCINDA and the address you are returning too. It is mandatory to insure every product you are returning and make sure you receive confirmation regarding the same.

Return Circumstances

All returning items must have a RAC
number.
Ø
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition
as it was sent within 30 days of shipping.
Ø
Any merchandise received after 30 days
will not qualify for a refund.

Merchandise that has been altered or modified in any way without prior approval from Lucinda Jewellers will NOT
qualify for a refund.

If goods are damaged please don’t even waste your time returning it as they would NEVER
qualify for a refund.

Custom or special orders will not be accepted for a refund.

While returning items please note that shipping, handling and insurance charges are non refundable.

Any merchandise bought online will only be returned to our ONLINE store and not to retail locations or vice versa as our policies differ. Such queries will not be entertained at any retail outlets.

Lucinda Jewellers will not be responsible for items stolen or damaged while being returned.
