Out of Stock Merchandise:

If you`re interested in a piece of jewellery that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we`re able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item.

Typographical Errors:

Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Alterations:

At this time, we do not alter our jewellery. Men`s Rings come in size 10, and Ladies in Size 6. If you would like your ring sized you will need to email info@lucindajewellers.com , after you have your purchased processed, with the exact size you want, but please know this could take up to an extra weeks wait on top of the time period of the regular shipment of 5-7 business days or if it was ordered on top of the 3-6 weeks.

Payment Methods:

All our charges are in Canadian dollars (C$). For your convenience, we offer several methods of payment. Your bank or credit card company will process all charges in Canadian funds, as required by Lucinda Jewellers. Use your Visa or MasterCard credit card issued through any US or Canadian bank. Arrange a bank wire payment through your bank. (Please note that both the issuing and receiving banks will charge fees that must be included in the wire amount.)

Shipping:

We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Lucinda Jewellers orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx. All order will be processed the next business day, and shipped to you within 5 business days. Items that aren`t instock and need to be special ordered will take 3-6 weeks to be processed and shipped, but you will be emailed with the details of your purchase, it`s timeline and updates.

Alternate Shipping Addresses:

If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

Return Policy:

To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. Items may not be altered in anyway such as sizing or resetting, and it must come back in original condition
