Yes indeed, Lucinda Jewellers carry an exclusive Canadian diamond collection called the ‘The Canadian Promise’ which features only Canadian Arctic diamonds.

4. Can I go to a Lucinda store to buy an item I saw online?
Yes you surely can. Our online store features the best selection of what we have in our retail stores, compacted to ensure you have access to all our locations by being on our website. If possible have a picture or the item code with you when you go to the store. This makes it easier for our sales staff to assist you better.

5. How fast can I expect to receive my order?
Once the order is placed and after receiving the approval from your credit card company, we ship the product within 1-2 business days and it should be at your doorstep the next day via FedEx. However special orders may take up to 3-6 weeks for us to custom make it for you.

6. What if I can’t pay upfront for my product, do you offer financing?
Yes for your convenience we do offer financing and to avail it you can visit any of our stores.

7. What is the benchmark to spend on an engagement ring?
Ideally the protocol within the industry is gross salary of two months, however that should not be an inhibitor and you must spend as much as you can afford.

8. What if I bought a piece of jewellery from a store of yours and moved recently, is it possible for me to buy something matching though my new place does not have a Lucinda store?
Absolutely, simply call us or email us and we will be more than happy to make sure you get what you are looking for, no matter where in the world you live.

9. What is the standard ring size for all your products displayed online?
The standard ring sizes for all our products including Tacori is 6.5, however we can size your ring up to two sizes up or down for free. In case your ring size is smaller or larger by more than two sizes we would have to custom order it for you which may take up to 3-6 weeks.

10. Does FedEx require me to sign and will they deliver to a P.O. Box?
Due to the sensitive nature of your item FedEx unfortunately will not deliver to a P.O.Box and will require you or someone from your household to sign it.

11. Is my credit card information safe while shopping at Lucinda’s website?
When you make an electronic purchase be rest assured that your private information stays private as we deploy a cutting edge technology to help prevent online fraud and identity theft. Most of the larger e-tailers use that same technology to protect your privacy.

12. Is it possible to return an online purchase at any Lucinda’s stores?
Unfortunately no as our stores have a no refund only exchange policy, whereas our online consumers enjoy a 30 day no hassle return policy to make you feel secure and non obligated to keep a piece of jewellery you haven’t seen in person. Also Items on Specials on the website will not be available at those prices at our retail locations. They are specials and are only available for a limited time. So if I may, buy now and save now.

13. How long will I have to wait for a refund?
We hope that never happens where you are not happy with an item and wish to return it, however if you chose to do so your money will be refunded for any online purchase you make with us. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable and please allow at least one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your statements.
